CALL FOR AUDITIONS

You helped us select it, and now it’s your chance to take an even bigger role

in X Fest 2010.

Project X Theatre Productions is holding auditions for X FEST 2010, the Interior of BC’s only outdoor summer Shakespeare festival!  Will you be a part of it?

Project X is looking for actors, singers & musicians of various ages for this year’s productions: Shakespeare’s 12^th Night, or What You Will and the camp-cult classic musical, chosen by popular vote, The Rocky Horror Show by Richard O’Brien.

The plays will run in repertory for 3-weeks this summer. Actors will be hired for a 9-week period, 48 hours per week, with rehearsals beginning June 14, 2010.

X-Fest runs from July 21 – August 14, 2010 in Prince Charles Park, downtown Kamloops.

Kamloops auditions: Sunday March 28 1-6pm

Monday March 29  6-10pm

Tuesday March 30  7-10pm

Location: Pavilion Theatre, 1025 Lorne Street.

Vancouver auditions: Friday April 2  1-6pm

Saturday April 3  10am-6pm

Sunday April 4  10am-2pm

Location: Firehall Arts Centre, 280 East Cordova Street

Actors are asked to memorize and prepare ONE monologue from 12^th Night

and ONE song from Rocky Horror from the audition sides below.
